Oakhaven Assisted Living Is a Community-Based Residential Facility for Seniors
Oakhaven Assisted Living is Shawano’s only locally owned facility. We are Licensed by the State of Wisconsin.
We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood within minutes of shopping, clinics, and hospital. Our facilities offer a home-like environment where our residents are able to remain as independent as possible yet receive 24-hour care as needed. We offer long-term, short-term, respite care, and also work with hospice. We also accept residents with mild to moderate Alzheimer's and Dementia. All rooms are private, allowing our residents to personalize them for their comfort.
It is the belief and desire of the Oakhaven management and staff to provide a safe and pleasant environment for the elderly who choose to make Oakhaven their home.
